Shipping policy

At Rivanzo, we work hard to get your order to your doorstep quickly and safely, anywhere in India.

Order Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships. You can track your order anytime using our Track Your Order page.

Delivery Timelines. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders in 4–5 business days, while remote areas may take up to 8–10 business days.

Shipping Charges. We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value, no hidden charges.

Cash on Delivery (COD). COD is available on all orders. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner may call you to confirm your order before dispatch.

Delays. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us and we will resolve it on priority.
